Honeycomb for the Notion Ink Adam due today.
In their latest blog post Notion Ink states that their release of Honeycomb for the Adam will hit Conclave, the official Notion Ink forums, at 9PM IST or about 1030AM EST. Expect this to be a beta release though as they are still having issues with the camera and GPS not working at this time. The release is timed with a release from Beansoft, the makers of Thumb Keyboard, which is making a trial version of the keyboard for the Adam.
Mr. Shravan, CEO of Notion Ink, also states that they are are partnering with MobileCaltronics to bring an edition of MathPac+ to the Adam. MathPac+ is a “comprehensive mathmatics and statistics calculator with a graphing package” according to MobileCaltronics.
The blog also gives a shout out to TabletRoms.com dev MrGuy, and the owner of the site Andy, for getting GPS working on the Honeycomb port that the dev team there has been working on. Stating that “GPS should be available to all of you faster than we thought” because of the work they have done. He goes on to explain the difficulties they have had getting this working because of the changes made in Android 3.0.
