A Twitter user named Jared Giles spotted this over the weekend at a Walmart location. It shows the 7 inch Acer Iconia A100 priced at just $349. One would think that with a product card out already, that the release should be soon. We know that Android 3.2 should be out in just a few weeks and bring support for 7 inch Honeycomb tablets, so hopefully we will see this out before the end of July.

As the card says the 7 inch device will feature a 1024×600 resolution, 2MP Front-facing camera, 5MP rear camera, and a dual-core 1Ghz processor (Tegra 2 most likely). It also has 8GB of storage. There is no mention of any USB or SD card slots, but since they Acer Iconia A500 (10.1″ Honeycomb tablet) has them, I would figure it will also. At this price, I am sure alot of people will be interested.  The HTC Flyer starts at $499 for a 16GB 7 inch tablet, but also only features Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) at the moment. HTC has promised a Honeycomb update, but for $150 less I can see many of you opting for the Acer.
