Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 now available.
The Samsung Galaxy 10.1 is now available to purchase nationwide. The 10.1″ Android 3.1 (Honeycomb) tablet can be purchased from Best Buy, Amazon, Fry’s, Newegg, Tiger Direct, and other electronics retailers. Best Buy will probably be the place if you would like to pick one up in store today. Friday is a crappy release day, as you will have to pay more for Saturday delivery, if the retailer even has it as an option.
Samsung also has released a video breaking down the Galaxy Tab 10.1 for those who have been living under a rock. It will be interesting to see if this device is any competition for the iPad 2. It is both thinner and lighter then the iPad 2, with comparable pricing. Right now the WiFi versions are only available at $499 for 16GB of storage, and $599 for 32GB. Check out the video below.
