It seems Verizon maybe getting ready to release a 16GB version of the Motorola XOOM. Everything else would be the same (4G LTE upgradeable) just with half the storage space. No word yet on pricing, but one would assume that the price should at least be $100 less. That would be $499 on contract, and $699 off. We would hope that a WiFi-only version will soon follow at in the $499 price range. Maybe this will help the XOOM sell more then a 100k, as it would better compete with the upcoming Acer Iconia Tab A500.
