Sylvania has now brought a second budget minded tablet to the market. Their first one was the Sylvania 7″ Mini Tablet, the new one is the Sylvania 10″ Magni Tablet. Their new Android 2.2 10 inch tablet features a 1Ghz Arm11 processor, 256MB or RAM, and 2GB of storage. The price tag only comes in at $199, and is up for sale at JR.com.
