It looks as though the Adam from Notion Ink has finally received its clearance from the FCC. While still not posted on the FCC site Notion Ink CEO Rohan Shravan blogged this morning that it has gotten the final authorization. He also states that the printing of the FCC clearance should start on Monday with shipping to begin around Wednesday. One hopes that this will be the final hurdle for the Adam and the strong support base starts getting their devices. If your curious and would like to check the FCC site for the paperwork you can look for these codes: NI3421A01 as the Product Code, Guarantee Code: Y2G and  0020356499 as FNR.

Pre-order 2 should be starting sometime soon according to Mr. Shravan. He says that this was delayed due to the issues with getting the US and European versions out the door. Notion Ink also plans to communicate any issues that arise much better than they have before trying to make sure that prospective owners understand what is going on.
